Some sports wear or baby items need better wearing experience, they often choose heat transfer tech. And the surface of some garments is irregular and cannot be printed by direct printing method, which also requires transfer printing. The following is a brief introduction to the production and use of heat transfer label.
1. Preparation of screen version
Produce screen version according to the design pattern, often use 300 mesh screens in color pattern part, luminous part of the use of 100 ~ 200 mesh screen, the specific mesh number according to the selection of luminous material particle size to determine, and adhesive part uses 100 ~ 200 mesh screen printing. Protective layer, covering layer, adhesive layer screen version of the outline to cover the whole pattern, that is, the whole pattern outline is all blank part, so as to ensure the quality of the pattern. When making plate, pay attention to the reverse heat transfer pattern after printing, and the screen should be reverse to ensure that the heat transfer pattern is positive.

3.Craft and production process
The process flow of heat transfer printing is: processing of base paper → printing protective layer → printing pattern layer → printing luminous layer → printing covering layer → printing adhesive layer → drying → packaging
4. Usage and precautions
a. Place the fabric to be transferred on the heat transfer machine, the material of the fabric can be polyester, acrylic, nylon, etc., please ensure that the surface of the fabric is clean. Then place the dried heat transfer label adhesive layer towards the fabric in place.
b. Rise the temperature of the iron machine to 110 ~ 120℃, adjust the pressure to 20 ~ 30N, Press the upper plate of the iron machine for 20 seconds after opening, remove the fabric to cool to room temperature and tear off the base paper.
c. Do not rub the fabric with heat transfer pattern when washing, so as not to damage the pattern.
d. Do not scratch the pattern with sharp objects.
