1. Environment-friendly paper
a. Vacuum aluminum sprayed paper
The raw and auxiliary materials used in the production of vacuum aluminum spray paper are odorless and non-toxic, in line with the STANDARDS of FDA: Its printing performance and machining performance is very good, can be used for gravure, relief, offset printing, flexo, screen printing, but also can be embossed, die cutting, even pressing concave and convex: It is a necessary packaging material for export products because it is easy to be treated and recycled.
b. Light Paper
Light paper is the use of chlorine-free wood pulp as raw material, only need beating processing in production, no need to cook, there will be no exhaust gas waste liquid discharge. Paper has higher loose thickness and surface strength, can achieve lower weight to achieve higher thickness requirements.
2. Green Plate

It improves production efficiency, does not need chemical development, reduces the amount of energy consumption during exposure, reduces the overall plate making cost, shorts the plate making process cycle, in today’s increasingly emphasized environmental protection, its advantage – no pollution to the environment, more obvious.
3. Environmental protection printing method
Flexo printing is now used for water-based, alcohol-soluble and UV environmental protection ink, so there is no residual solvent content, at the same time trace alcohol will not affect human health. Flexography printing unique structure and printing principle, undeniably in line with the requirements of green packaging printing, so it is currently more ideal, recognized green printing.
