The quality of woven mark is related to yarn, color, size and pattern. We manage the quality mainly through below point.
1. Size control.
In terms of size, the woven label itself is very small, and the size of the pattern should be accurate to 0.05mm sometimes. If it is 0.05mm larger, then the woven label will be out of shape compared with the original sample. Therefore, for a small woven label, not only to meet the needs of customers in the graphics, but also to meet the size of customers.
2. Pattern and letters proofreading.
Check whether there is any mistake in the pattern and the size of the letter is correct. When get a woven label sample, the first look is to see whether there is a mistake in the content of the pattern and text, of course, this kind of low-level error is generally seen when the sample is made, There is no such mistake when delivering finished goods to customers.
3. Color checking.
Double check the color of woven label. The color comparison is with the pantone color number of the original color or design draft. An experienced color tech engineer is rather necessary.
4. The density of woven labels
Check whether the weft density of the newly woven sample is consistent with the original one and whether the thickness meets the customer’s requirements. The density of woven marks refers to the weft density, the higher the weft density, the higher the quality of woven labels.
Check whether the post-processing of woven label is consistent with the original version of the customer. The post-processing process generally includes hot cutting, ultrasonic cutting, Laser cutting, cutting and folding (cutting one by one, then fold about 0.7cm inside each left and right side), folding in half (symmetrical folding), demolding, slurry filtration and so on.
Eco-friendly raw material of yarn, high-educated and experienced tech team, world top level machines, and strict quality control system, ensures your labels with best appearance in Color-P.
