Types of embroidered badges
The types of embroidery stamps are divided into adhesive free embroidery stamps and adhesive backed embroidery stamps. Based on the traditional computer embroidery method, the embroidery is cut or hot cut into embroidery blocks, and hot melt hot pressing glue is applied to the back to complete the production of the embroidery stamp.
Method of application
1.Without adhesive backing, the edge of the embroidered badge can be fixed in the desired position on the clothing by sewing machine.
2.Adhesive embroidered badges are fixed in the desired position on clothing, and then heated with a press or iron until the adhesive dissolves with the clothing fabric. Adhesive embroidered badges are not easily detached during washing or normal washing conditions. If peeling occurs after repeated washing, reapply the adhesive and press it again for lamination.
