What is a rubber label?
Rubber labels are products made by adding liquid materials to the finished mold, heating, baking, cooling, and pouring. Widely used in clothing, bags, shoes and hats, toys and gifts, etc., environmentally friendly and non-toxic PVC seals have good shrinkage, bright colors, two component silicone, high strength, high transparency, and high tearing. Rubber seals can have many uses, not only for trademarks, but also for anything that uses PVC or as accessories. Classification of rubber labels
1.Silicone label
Made by heating liquid silicone oil and solid silicone in a mold using a vulcanizing machine. According to its properties and composition, it can be divided into organic silicon and inorganic organic silicon. Inorganic silicone is a highly active adsorption material, which is usually prepared by reacting Sodium metasilicate with sulfuric acid, aging, acid leaching and a series of post-treatment processes. Silicone is insoluble in water and any solvent, non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, and chemically stable. It does not react with any substance except strong bases and hydrofluoric acid. Due to different manufacturing methods, different types of silicone have different microporous structures. The chemical composition and physical structure of silica gel determine that it has many characteristics that other similar materials cannot replace: high adsorption performance, good thermal stability, stable chemical properties, and high mechanical strength.
2.PVC label
The PVC seal is mainly a plastic product formed by dripping liquid materials into a mold through the drop molding process, heating, baking, cooling for a period of time, and finally reverse molding. The main components of PVC adhesive seal are DNP oil, PVC powder, stabilizer and Soybean oil.
Difference
The main difference between silicone trademark and PVC seal trademark lies in the different texture of the material. Silicone has a high environmental protection coefficient and can pass EU testing. PVC seal has a strong odor and a low environmental protection coefficient, which is relatively common in the domestic market.
