(Therefore, it is suggested that the original version should be provided for weaving and marking trademarks. If there is no original version, the Pantone color number can be provided, and the color matching and marking will be more accurate.)
Second, you need to check the two surfaces and sides of the woven label, which should not have serious hairballs or hair filaments affecting the band. The woven fabric must not have jumping pins. The surface of the woven label should not have oil, staining, or dust.

Thickness detection: tolerance shall not exceed ±0.1MM,
Width detection: 1″ and more than 1″ width woven label tolerance should not exceed ±0.25 points; The woven label tolerance of 25MM and more than 25MM width shall not exceed ±0.5MM; The width of the woven label below 1″ and 25MM, the standard tolerance shall not exceed ±0.25MM;
