As the name implies, the cut edge label is woven as a whole piece on a special high-speed machine like a cloth, and then cut into strips according to the width required. Because of the thermal melting properties of polyester, the yarns stick to each other when they are cut without fraying, there will be no raw edge. Also because of this reason, the appearance and feel will be affected to a certain extent, and the ultrasonic cutting is better than ordinary electric heating cutting. Cutting edge labels in strips can be directly arranged and sent to garment factories for processing if need. The advantage of cutting edges is that labels can be cut into different shape. The maximum width of a single computer jacquard module is 20cm. By increasing the number of jacquard modules, a wider logo can be woven, which allows the processing of larger shapes.
