The quality of woven label is related to yarn, color, size and pattern. Generally, we control the quality from 5 points.

1. The raw material yarn should be environmentally friendly, washable, and colorless.

2. Pattern writers need to be experienced and precise, make sure the pattern reduction degree is high.

3. Advanced machine, to keep rigorous size.

4. Post cutting and folding should be done well.

5. The quality inspection department strictly check and pick out defective products.

How do we define the woven label qualified?

a. Check the woven label size.

The woven label itself is very small, and the size of the pattern should be accurate to 0.05mm sometimes. Therefore, for a small woven label, not only to meet the needs of customers in the graphics, but also to meet the size of customers.

b. Check the woven label pattern.

Make sure there is no mistake in the pattern and the size of the pattern is correct. When get a woven label sample, the first look is to see whether there is a mistake in the content of the pattern and text, of course, this kind of low-level error is generally seen when the sample, when the finished goods to the customer is not such a mistake.

c. Check the woven label color.

Color is generally confirmed by clients. Color comparison is to compare the original color or design draft pantone color number. Most use spectro equipment for color comparison or double confirmed by the client before mass production.

d. Check the woven label density.

Check whether the weft density of the newly woven sample is consistent with the original one and whether the thickness meets the customer’s requirements. The density of woven marks refers to the weft density, the higher the weft density, the higher the quality of woven marks.

e. Check the post treatment system of woven label.

The post-processing process generally includes hot (hot knife cutting), ultra-cutting (ultrasonic cutting), cutting and folding (cutting one by one, then the left and right sides fold about 0.7cm inside each), folding in half (symmetrical folding), ring mold, slurry and so on.

There are many steps to go through in the production process of weaving label factory: drawing out – yarn matching – yarn selection – computer writing – yarn wearing – machine playing coiling – after working procedure, etc., It depends on the trademark weaving equipment and enterprise management, we need to check each link well, in order to ensure the quality of customers’ products.
